Depending on the type of flow meter, there are varying turnaround times for servicing a meter. The average time needed to service a meter is 7-10 business days (not including shipping or peak production times).
If you need to return your meter to the factory for evaluation, recalibration, or repair services, please register in our Service Portal here:
Register for Service PortalOnce registered, you can log into the Service Portal and generate an RMA for return of your meter to the Fox Thermal factory.
Service PortalIf you have already generated an RMA and shipped your meter to Fox for service, you can log into the Service Portal to check the status of your return.
Rush recalibration and repair services are available for a fee. Restrictions apply.
