ST. LOUIS, Dec. 14, 2018 – ONICON Incorporated, a Harbour Group company, has acquired the parent company of Pulsar Process Measurement Ltd. (“Pulsar”), Jeff Fox, Harbour Group’s chairman and chief executive officer, announced today. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
